Land Requirements

A key aspect of Manorlane’s business is the acquisition of land on which we can create new communities. Central to our strategy is acquiring land which can provide us with around 3 years land supply for house building (approximately 90-120 units). Typically we may look to trade any excess land beyond that size and so there is no upper limit to the size of site that we will look at (as an example two of our recent acquisitions have been circa 500 unit sites).

 

However we will also consider smaller sites and so do not be put off sending in your details. At the moment we are looking at sites within the central belt of Scotland but will also consider other locations throughout the UK.
